Thank you so much for your interest in providing ingredients for Oak Hill Hop’s Brew Day on September 26th starting at 10:00 AM. Please fill out the information below so that we can create a database for participants. Our goal for this event is to support small businesses and farms in Ohio.
Please enter the hop variety or ingredient, price, and availability. Please specify if the price is per container/package or price per ounce.
We would like to provide participants with a list of local ingredients available to purchase before the event. We ask that you have this form completed by September 1st so that we can make the list available to participants to purchase for the brew day. You will be notified if your ingredient is purchased by email. Please ensure that email@example.com is on your ‘safe-sender’ list.
After September 1st, participants will receive a link to the database of ingredients. Oak Hill Hops will accept payment through paypal or check. To receive the payment for your ingredients, you must have them dropped off or delivered one week prior, September 19th.
Although late in the season, if you have fresh hops to provide you may bring them with you to the event for the participant to receive in order to ensure freshness. We’re happy to make arrangements to make getting the ingredients to us before the event more convenient for you. Just drop us a message on facebook or firstname.lastname@example.org.
